Quién Magazine has nominated Gael as one of the 50 people that move Mexico.
During 2008, the Charolastra’s career continued to ascend. He released Déficit, his first movie as director, and connected his first hit Billboard song “Quiero que me quieras”, the adaptation of the original song by Cheap Trick, “I want you to want me” and one of the subjects of the movie Rudo y Cursi. Gael was versatile last year. He presented the staging of the play “Together”, participated at the Rome Film Festival and formed part of the actors movement made up of actors looking to create awareness about energy reform. All this, while waiting with Argentine actress Dolores Fonzi for the arrival of their son Lázaro who was born in Madrid, Spain, this past January.
